I agree that I am placing orders for delivery solely to recipients who are at least twenty-one years of age. The list of recipients that I provide to Drizly and its fulfillment partner(s) will only include individuals who are at least at least twenty-one years of age.
I agree to pay any invoices from Drizly and its fulfillment partner(s) in a timely manner and no later than the due date listed on each invoice. I further agree that if I am more than ten (10) days past due on any invoice, Drizly may share my business contact information with its fulfillment partner(s) for collections purposes.
By submitting this form, I understand that I am placing an order with Drizly’s fulfillment partner(s) on behalf of my company. I expressly agree that I have the authority and authorization to place this order. I authorize Drizly to work with its fulfillment partner(s) to finalize my order and facilitate delivery to the recipients that I have designated.
